We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance to guarantee availability. However, we’re welcome to bookings up to 1 month before your event date.

Your Wedding Weekender box with your camcorder should arrive 5-8 days before your wedding event date.

No! Our camcorders arrive ready-to-go and are easy for anyone to turn on and start capturing with. We include instructions within your box and have guiding stickers on the camcorder so anyone that picks up the camcorder throughout the weekend knows what to click!

We test and set up each camcorder before it packaged for shipping but we still recommend you follow our instructions to test your camcorder before your weekend. If for some reason the camcorder is not working, please email us at right away and we will expedite a new one.

We understand accidents happen but we ask that you kindly let us know immediately if your camcorder is lost or broken. Please refer to our Rental Agreement for our terms if damage is occured.

We’ll share your organized raw footage within one week of receiving your camcorder. After organizing your footage, we’ll get to editing your wedding video and be ready to share within two weeks time!
